What's Covered?
YAKAP covers four things:
- KONSULTA — Free doctor consultations
- GAMOT — Free essential medicines, plus additional medicine coverage of up to Php 20,000/year
- LABORATORYO — Free basic lab tests (like CBC, urinalysis, blood sugar, and more)
- SCREEN — Free cancer screening (breast, cervical, prostate, colon, liver, and lung)

How to Avail
- Check that you're an active PhilHealth member (or a qualified dependent — spouse, child, or parent).
- Sign up to a YAKAP-accredited clinic. Choose from the list in your PhilHealth member portal or in the eGov Super App.
- Go to the YAKAP clinic in person — this is called getting "empaneled" — and complete your First Patient Encounter (primary check up).
- Done! From then, go to that clinic for check-ups, medicines, lab tests, and screenings — no more out-of-pocket cost for what's covered.
